Spacious room, hi-speed internet, location at the airport (my flight was at 6:00, so it was important). The hotel has a gym and a restaurant, though I was not able to use them because I arrived very late and left very early.

Perfect location. The soap smells nice. The bartender in the lobby was very nice and gave us an ice bucket so that we could have cold drinks in our room. The room was clean and the pillows were comfy.

Location right at the Brussels airport is perfect for an over night before continuing with a next day connecting flight. The hotel is literally steps across the street from baggage claim and exit of the airport. Our desk person was welcoming and helpful regarding late night room service food (the restaurant was closed, as we arrived on a late flight). The room was very comfortable (excellent mattresses and bedding), ultra quiet, and clean, and breakfast was stellar with lots of great options. It put hotel breakfast buffets in the U.S. to the shame they deserve! And the dining room staff were very helpful and upbeat, too! An excellent hotel all around!!

I was very pessimistic first. But when I saw how thoughtful everything is for the visitors (business trips mostly), I became speechless. Yes, smb can say that smth in the room is not super new or modern, but I have never seen before that such charging stations and stuff for ironing are available in the room. Conference rooms are amazing. Food in the restaurant is of course a little bit expensive, but crazy delicious

WE chose this hotel because of its location at the Brussels airport since we needed to catch an early morning flight. We were able to check into our room early and use it to relax during the afternoon. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Comfortable bed and quick check-in after a late flight, very friendly and correct approach upon check-out. An improvement compared to previous stays was definitely the fact that there seemed to be more Dutch-speaking personnel on hand, which is of course not more than logical in a country where this is one of the official languages. Keep up the good work!

I liked the way the lift was introduced when your first went up. I also liked that you could do chromecast on your tv. (since i normally don't watch tv)

The best thing about the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is that it is truly located at the Brussels Airport. It is easy to walk there after getting off of the airplane. Our flight arrived late - close to midnight - so this was a real relief. The hotel is spacious, and the lobby is quite comfortable if you wish to sit there to wait for a flight.

The location to the airpot was nice. The bed was very comfy. Typical airport hotel. The staff was very nice. The hotel was filled with DJs and crews for Tomorrowland and it had its own shuttle services.
